Accelerated bridge construction is gaining momentum, as evidenced by one project in New England. Oldcastle Precast of Rehoboth, Mass., manufactured eight 80-foot-long prefabricated bridge units for the Memorial Avenue Rotary Overpass Replacement project in West Springfield, Mass.
