Construction to begin on Route 770 bridge project

Work on the controversial Route 770 (West Warren Road) bridge project will start on Sept. 19, according to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation officials. The Bradford Township project is part of PennDOT’s Rapid Bridge Replacement Project. Construction on the bridge is expected to last for approximately five weeks, according to PennDOT officials.
